Avocados are one of the oldest fruits in existence. Pair that with their extraordinary nutrient-dense qualities and you have one fascinating fruit to talk about. As always we dive right into the long history of avocados, talking through their use in ancient times. Moving into the more recent history of the Hass avocado, which all stem from one single tree that only just died in 2002.
It is a fascinating journey we embark on this week and we look forward to your thoughts and experiences with avocados.
