Many look at rhubarb as a fruit because of the wide application of rhubarb dessert recipes. In spite of the fact that botanists and horticulturists disagree in that it's scientific classification of this species, as a vegetable. All the more shockingly, rhubarb's job was restorative as opposed to culinary all through most of its history. Broad culinary uses started just two centuries prior though therapeutic uses are in the vicinity of 5000 years or more.
